We are now looking for a part-time Communication Coordinatorto join our team

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our customer communications and marketing for the Swedish and Norwegian markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing, sending, and developing newsletters

  • Creating and translating materials for the Sales and Customer Success teams

  • Planning webinars, including writing webinar scripts, inviting people etc.

  • Updating and developing website content

  • Supporting various content creation and communication activities

To join our team, we're looking for someone who brings:

A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine eagerness to grow. Prior work experience isn't a dealbreaker — what matters most is that you take initiative and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English is required, and knowledge of Norwegian is a significant plus.

We expect you to have:

  • A self-driven and efficient way of working

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Curiosity about AI tools and how to apply them in everyday work

  • Ability to produce content independently

This role is ideal for anyone looking for a part-time position (approximately 50%).
