Assignment Description

We are looking for an IT Technician

What You Will Work On

Maintain and support network operations in production environments (LAN/WLAN)

Perform installation, rack mounting, and replacement of network equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues on-site

Support incident and change management processes

Collaborate with monitoring teams, network engineers, and architects

Participate in infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives

Assist in inventory management and reduction of technical debt

Ensure stable and efficient network performance across sites

What You Bring

Experience working with network operations in production environments (LAN/WLAN)

Strong troubleshooting skills for network-related issues

Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

Hands-on experience installing and replacing network hardware

Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP

Valid driver's license (Category B)

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
