Job Description

DP World Sweden are recruiting for an IT Systems Support Specialist. In this key role, you will support and enhance our local IT environment by developing and adapting system solutions-including FileMaker, PLC, Microsoft applications, and other business-critical systems. You will act as the first line of support for all IT-related issues within the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality technical assistance to our teams.

Working closely with DP World's central IT organisation, you will coordinate approvals, align with global standards, and ensure effective local management of systems in Sweden. You will also take responsibility for maintaining system documentation, driving continuous improvement, and securing robust support across all existing solutions.

This is a hands-on and varied position where you'll have the authority to initiate and implement local system improvements, collaborate with global IT colleagues, and prioritise IT matters within defined frameworks. How you will Contribute

• Local development and adaptation of system solutions (FileMaker, PLC, Microsoft applications and other business systems).
• First-line support for all IT-related issues within the business.
• Coordination with DP World's central IT function and management of necessary approvals to ensure effective local management in Sweden.
• Ensure system support, documentation and continuous improvement of existing IT and system solutions.
• Actively participate in the quality work of the business and ensure that processes within the area of responsibility are documented, updated and follow current guidelines.
• Establish, revise and maintain work instructions and system documentation for your own process.
• Manage, investigate and respond to reported deviations linked to the area of responsibility, as well as take and follow up corrective and preventive measures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through analysis of deviations, root cause investigations and proposed improvement measures.

What You will bring

• 3+ years experience in IT Support
• IT Application support and development
• Experience with FileMaker, PLC, and Microsoft applications
• Good system understanding and problem-solving skills
• Experience in IT support
• Fluent in English and Swedish
