Assignment Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with strong Scrum Master (ScM) expertise to support multiple large-scale IT initiatives. These initiatives are driven by new regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering frameworks, digital identity solutions, digital reporting systems, and crime prevention programs.

The assignment requires strengthening the client's IT capabilities while optimizing and reprioritizing existing resources. The selected consultant will operate in a dual capacity-leading major IT projects while also supporting agile teams as a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

As IT Project Manager:

Lead and oversee large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables

Coordinate multiple teams and facilitate cross-team collaboration (e.g., Scrum of Scrums)

Identify interdependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies

Prepare project documentation including budgets, forecasts, and decision-making materials

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication channels

Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and relevant authorities

As Scrum Master:

Guide agile teams to ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices

Foster team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Support team capacity planning and delivery performance

Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency (velocity, sprint progress, etc.)

Ensure alignment with IT Service Management processes (incident, problem, and lifecycle management)

Working Methodology:

Agile and iterative delivery model

SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as the guiding framework

High level of team autonomy and accountability

AML (Anti-Money Laundering) knowledge

Language Requirements:

Swedish - Proficient (Mandatory)

English - Proficient

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work independently and proactively

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Capability to handle complex and sensitive environments

Must be eligible for security clearance (required for both consultant and supplier)

Experience Required:

Senior-level experience in IT Project Management

Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments

Proven experience working in large-scale IT initiatives and cross-functional environments

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

Work Scope:

40 hours per week (Full-time)

Flexibility in workload may be adjusted based on project needs

Job Mode:

Hybrid (Up to 50-60% Remote, based on client requirements)

Other Information:

The consultant must be based in Sweden

The client may require on-site presence when necessary
