This is a temporary position due to maternity leave. Start date is desired fromAugust 2026and the position runs approximately untilSeptember 2027.

In this role, you will also work with Social Sustainability for Sweden together with Global HR.

What you'll do here as HR Relations Specialist?

As HR Relations Specialist, you will be the central competence holder within health and safety, work environment, and employee well-being in Sweden. In this role, you will drive, develop, and support our work environment agenda from a broad HR perspective, contributing to a workplace where employees can perform, grow, and feel well.

A key part of the role is to support the organization in creating sustainable structures, processes, and initiatives within the field of work environment and health. You will work closely with managers, HR colleagues, unions, safety representatives, and occupational health partners to ensure that Axis continues to provide a safe, proactive, and well-functioning work environment in line with Swedish legislation and our internal ambitions.

The role includes both strategic and operational work, such as:
  • driving and developing work environment and health-related processes, routines, and initiatives
  • supporting managers and HR in work environment matters
  • collaborating with unions and safety representatives on topics connected to work environment and employee well-being
  • contributing to preventive and promotive efforts within health, safety, and sustainable working life
  • participating in and coordinating well-being initiatives and social sustainability efforts in Sweden

Well-being is an important success factor at Axis, and as we continue to grow, this role will play an important part in strengthening our work within health, safety, prevention, and sustainable employee conditions. You will work closely with our Health & Safety Specialist that focus on the physical work environment while you will be focusing more on the organizational and social work environment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is proactive, structured, and driven, with a genuine interest in creating value through strong work environment and health initiatives. You have a business-oriented mindset and understand how a good work environment contributes to both employee well-being and business success.

You are an excellent relationship builder with high integrity and professionalism. You have the confidence to guide, support, and challenge managers and stakeholders when needed, and you enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You are service-minded, reliable, and organized in the way you work.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have at least 4 years of broad HR experience, with solid knowledge and hands-on experience within work environment, health and safety, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders. You are comfortable driving projects independently, while also working in close cooperation with others.

You also have:
  • a university degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • very good skills in MS Office
  • very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • experience working with Swedish work environment legislation and preventive work environment processes
  • experience collaborating with unions, safety representatives, occupational health providers, and other relevant stakeholders

Experience from working with collective agreements such as Teknikavtalet is considered an advantage.
