Job Summary

HR Service Centres are responsible for delivering world-class service to our business. It is a collaborative environment where you provide service to both employees and managers in the Tetra Pak businesses in the EMEA time zone.

We are now looking for an HR Direct Advisor to join our team, who will act as a first line support towards employees and managers. This role is ensuring that HR related questions and requests are solved and qualitative HR information is spread in the organisation.

The role is a permanent position, starting with a probation period.

You will be based in either Budaörs, Lund or Istanbul, where the team members are located.

What you will do

As HR Direct Advisor you will:

Act as first line support in the HR Service Centre, i.e. be considered as the prime entrance to all HR matters.

Provide professional guidance and support through tickets and phone calls in a timely manner to incoming errands and register them in our ticket handling system C4C.

Increase employees' and managers' knowledge and awareness of responsibilities in HR matters.

Contribute to the HR knowledge by representing HR Direct as ambassador throughout the organization internally in HR and towards the clients.

Update internal knowledge databases (e.g. FAQ, Knowledge base articles etc) and update HR Direct colleagues where needed.

Guide and point clients to information on HR self-service portal (ORBIS) to foster a habit of finding the necessary data on the portal.

Maintain and update changes of HR information to end users on portal

Forward errands to appropriate HR Administrator or HR Specialist when necessary (second line support)

Ensure errands are closed within SLA time

HR Direct related reporting

We believe you have

University degree in the HR field

1-2 years of professional HR related experience or Customer service experience

Excellent command of English

Knowledge in either Italian, Swedish or French is considered an advantage

Personal skills and abilities:

You have a strong customer service mindset

You are structured and precise

You possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities

You appreciate a high level of interaction and exposure in day-to-day situations
