As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating structure, delivering high-quality support, and contributing to a positive employee experience. You will work closely with the Nordic HR team and managers across the organization, handling a broad mix of administrative and coordinating tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same - and who enjoys being the "spider in the web."

Key responsibilities

Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, collective agreements, and internal policies

Manage administrative processes related to employment, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding

Coordinate and execute employee activities and events

Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and routines

Support projects related to work environment, recruitment, and employer branding

Qualifications

Degree in HR, personnel administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative HR work

Strong proficiency with HR systems and MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English

Structured, service-minded, and able to work independently

Enjoys a role with many stakeholders and a wide variety of tasks
