Field Test Technician

We're looking for Field Test Technicians who enjoy working hands-on with real machines.This is not a desk job - you'll build, test, fix, and improve prototypes in the workshop and out in the field.

What you'll do

• Build, wire, repair, and modify prototypes
• Run field tests and follow test routines
• Troubleshoot electronics, sensors, power systems, and controllers
• Fix what breaks and improve what doesn't work
• Document test results and issues

Who you are

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience testing or troubleshooting hardware
• Practical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Comfortable using tools and test equipment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Nice to have

• Ability to read electrical and/or mechanical drawings
• Experience with aircraft systems or heavy/forest machinery

Languages

• Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
