We build a suite of cloud-based products used in environments with high expectations on security, stability, and data control. That influences everything we do, from platform operations and identity to how we monitor systems and manage releases.Now we're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our delivery chain and runtime platform across multiple products and services. AI is a core part of how we work, and you're expected to use modern AI tools daily to accelerate automation, debugging, incident response, and documentation quality.
The role
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll work hands-on with both platform operations and continuous improvement. You will own the delivery chain and the runtime platform, helping us scale reliably while strengthening security, observability, and deployment confidence. The role is end-to-end, and you should be comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of your area.
AI is a core part of how we operate and improve engineering workflows. We expect you to actively leverage modern AI tools in daily DevOps work, for automation, debugging, incident response, documentation, and runbook quality. You should be confident in using AI to speed up root-cause analysis, reduce manual work, and improve reliability over time.
You will work on
- Owning and improving CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
- Building and maintaining Kubernetes deployment workflows using GitOps with ArgoCD
- Operating and optimizing containerized workloads across test and production environments
- Monitoring and observability in Grafana, including dashboards, alerting, and SLOs
- Strengthening security around secrets management, runtime access, and service-to-service communication
- Driving incident readiness, troubleshooting, and post-incident improvements
- Operational ownership of domains, DNS, and certificate renewals
- Partnering with engineering teams to improve developer experience and release confidence
Who we think you are
You've operated enough production systems to know what holds up over time. You take ownership of the bigger picture, not just individual tasks, and you enjoy environments where reliability, security, structure, and delivery go hand in hand.
We believe you:
- Have strong hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Have proven production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD
- Have strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Are comfortable with secrets and configuration management
- Prefer automation by default and think pragmatically about what to improve next
- Can clearly demonstrate how you use AI tools effectively in your daily workflow
Nice to have:
- Infrastructure as Code and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Experience operating OpenStack-based environments
- A strong security and compliance mindset in cloud-native environments
- Experience working with AI/LLM-based systems
