As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be on the front line of our customer journey. You'll handle a wide range of inquiries-from simple questions to technical challenges-and turn them into positive, helpful experiences. Every conversation is a chance to create value for our customers and help shape how they see ABAX.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Responding to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and a helpful attitude
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and answering system-related, tax, or data privacy questions
  • Logging all customer interactions accurately and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supporting customer training sessions, events, and identifying upselling opportunities or leads when appropriate

What Makes You a Great Fit

Training and support will be provided-what matters most is your mindset and willingness to learn, but whether you're a seasoned professional or new to the field with a year of experience, we'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in a customer-facing or technical support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy problem-solving and are curious about tech and digital tools
  • Can stay organised, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
  • Speak and write fluently in English and Swedish; Norwegian is a bonus
  • A proactive, customer-centric approach with a passion for going the extra mile
