The position

In the role as a Competence Developer for Technical Training you are, together with our customer, responsible to efficiently develop and deliver technical training solutions for the global network.

The learning methods we use are both hands-on training and more digital methods where we deliver technical seminars from our own studio to the network. We are also at the forefront of developing learning methods that include virtual reality.

To identify good examples of technical training and to quality assure our own training materials, international travel may be required.

Your profile

As a person you have a strong mindset with the ability to challenge, innovate and improve processes. You need to have great social skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in different teams.

In the role you will meet people from many different cultures so it is a an advantage if you have previous cultural experiences.

We also believe that you are a practical person with an interest in mechanics and electrical/digital systems.

The development in the automotive industry is moving at a rapid pace, so it is essential that you have a driven and determined mindset to be able to evolve with the business.

To be able to communicate different learning solutions you need to have strong pedagogical skills. It is a great advantage if you have been a technical trainer or similar.

The most important factor to be able to succeed in this role, is however to be curious about new technologies and eager to learn.

You are fluent in English , both in speech and in writing. Swedish is not a requirement but it is a merit.
