CTO & Co-Founder Spucce VentureStockholm | Equity: 10-15% | Co-Founder Role
I'm Robin, founder of Spucce Venture. I'm building something I haven't seen anyone else build properly. A venture creation engine. Not a SaaS tool. Not another AI wrapper. An actual operating system for building companies from scratch.
We call it the Venture Engine.
I have the vision, the business architecture, the early team, and the first investors lined up. What I don't have is the person who turns this into a real, living system.
That person is you.
What we're building
The Venture Engine is the technical backbone for everything we do. It powers how we create, run, and scale ventures inside our studio. Think of it as the digital twin of the entire venture creation process: from idea validation to company formation to daily operations.
It includes persistent memory architecture, AI agent orchestration, modular workspace systems, automation layers, and a credit-based economy that ties it all together. + much more.
Every venture we launch runs on this engine. The better you build it, the more companies we can run with fewer people and less capital.
That is the leverage.
The plan
We're not trying to launch a finished product to the market next month. The roadmap is deliberate.
Phase 1: Build the demo. Prove the architecture works. (some work already done)
Phase 2: Alpha and beta. Run our own internal ventures on the engine. Stress-test every layer.
Phase 3: Open it to our entrepreneurial user base and ecosystem partners. Real founders. Real feedback.
Phase 4: Scale.
We build it for ourselves first. Then we build it for everyone else.
What's already in place
- Full product architecture documented (experience maps, module specs, zone systems, block taxonomy)
- Brand identity and investor materials built
- Some team members committed and secured.
- First investor slot secured + more when we build the full alfa build.
- Cap table structured: 45% founder, 25% ESOP, 30% investors
- Seed round targeting 3M + 7M SEK with a staged funding structure
What you'll do
You step in as CTO and co-founder. Not a hire. A partner.
You own the entire technical layer. Architecture decisions. Stack choices. Build priorities. AI infrastructure design. You decide how the engine works under the hood.
Specifically, you will architect and build the Venture Engine from first version through full system. You will design identity and permission layers, persistent structured memory, AI agent frameworks, automation logic, and the modular workspace that ties it all together. You will think in systems. Every venture we create will run on what you build.
This is not feature work. This is foundational infrastructure.
Who you are
Full-stack developer knowledge with strong system design instincts. You understand backend architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and security. You can integrate AI models and design agent workflows. You learn fast when you hit the edge of what you know.
More important than your stack: you think in leverage. You understand that architecture decisions shape cost structure, capital efficiency, and how fast we can move. You care about building something that holds up over time.
You're precise. Structured. Calm when things are uncertain.
You want real ownership. Not a title. Real ownership.
The deal
- Equity: 10-15% with vesting
- Salary: No salary in the first months. This is a co-founder commitment. Once the seed round closes, compensation follows.
- Location: Stockholm. This is not remote. The work requires proximity, especially in the early phase.
- Role: CTO and co-founder. Board-level involvement. Direct influence on product, capital deployment, and company direction.
