Your Mission

Build the investor-facing foundation required for capital and strategic opportunities, including:

Materials

Data rooms

Financial narrative

Diligence structure

Core Responsibilities

You will take ownership of:

Creating investor decks, one-pagers, company profiles, and financial summaries

Building and maintaining a structured, audit-ready data room

Preparing investor updates, meeting briefs, and diligence responses

Coordinating with finance, legal, sales, and operations to validate information

Translating business complexity into a clear, credible growth story

Supporting capital raises, M&A, partnerships, and strategic finance processes

First 90 Days

Audit existing investor materials and identify gaps

Build initial data room structure and a missing-document tracker

Create or upgrade the core investor deck and group narrative

Establish a recurring investor update format tied to KPIs and milestones

Who We're Looking For

Background in finance, strategy, investing, consulting, or corporate development

Strong writing and presentation skills

Ability to structure complex information into investor-grade materials
