Om jobbet

Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions. Our values - customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste - are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Support & Safety Coordinator who thrives in a role where structure, service, and responsibility come together.
This is a hands-on role where you make sure everything just works-onboarding runs smoothly, processes are in control, and the workplace is both efficient and secure. You will be at the centre of daily operations while also coordinating local safety work, ensuring standards are followed and continuously improved.
If you like being the person who brings order, solves problems before they escalate, and keeps things moving-this is your kind of role.
Job Responsibilities
You will take ownership of administrative flows such as onboarding, offboarding, and organisational changes, making sure everything from access rights to structures and communication is accurate and up to date. At the same time, you will act as the go-to person for daily support, helping managers and employees navigate systems, processes, and requests with ease.
You will also coordinate local safety work, ensuring that routines, systems, and documentation are compliant and functioning. This includes identifying risks, following up on actions, managing incidents, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a strong safety standard.
A key part of the role is to continuously improve how things are done-streamlining processes, updating documentation, and creating clarity across the organisation.
Who You Are
You have solid experience from administrative or Business Support roles where you've taken real ownership of deliveries. You are used to coordinating multiple tasks at once and know how to prioritise without losing attention to detail.
You bring a structured and proactive mindset, combined with a strong service attitude. You are solution-oriented and confident handling challenges as they arise, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently while maintaining structure. You are comfortable working across systems (HR, access, IT, finance) and navigating a wide range of stakeholders.
You have experience working with safety, risk, or work environment processes, and you understand the importance of compliance, follow-up, and doing things properly.
You communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and feel confident interacting with different parts of the organisation
Most importantly-you are someone people rely on. Organized, solution-oriented, and not afraid to take ownership.
This Is Us
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive Business Support team together with surrounding assistants, working closely with managers, employees, and key functions across Scania. We operate in a fast-moving, global environment where teamwork, trust, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
