We're looking for aBusiness Solution Architectto join us at Telia.

I'mMárcio Saeger,Head of Architecturein B2B Product Tech area, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on developing and operating common B2B products and services supporting Telia to grow revenues and stay relevant & forward leaning in a constant changing Telco world.

What you'll do:

As aBusiness Solution Architect, you will act as the functional and solution-level bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. You will be on the driver seat of ourSolution Integrationarea by ensuring the right requirements and architecture decisions are being taken along with our stakeholders.

• Responsible for shaping the Solution Integration area roadmap by balancing countries requirements x Life-cycle management.
• Act as the primary business architect for Solution Integration area, aligning with Technology Product organization on overall product development. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, product and technology teams to ensure architectural alignment and support for strategic objectives.
• Proactively challenge complexity, standardize integration patterns and drive reuse of common building blocks ("build once, deploy/use many") when navigating multi-stakeholder and multi-country scenarios.
• Drive modernization of the Solution Integration area by supporting decoupling legacy components and accelerating cloud-native/container-based evolution.
• Apply deep enterprise integration experience from complex, brownfield environments (many upstream/downstream systems and multiple sub-applications) to make pragmatic architecture choices, reduce coupling, and guide stakeholders toward scalable integration outcomes.
• Secure non-functional requirement design (SLOs for performance, availability, reliability) and through automated checks.
• Support product, ART, and stand-alone teams by providing architectural/business guidance, clarifications, supporting EPIC and feature breakdown, and ensuring best solution design.
• Embed security by design and oversight for ISO 27001/SOC2/GDPR/NIS2
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously assessing and evolving the architecture to maintain competitive advantage.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• With strong communication and stakeholder leadership, you navigate shifting constraints with pragmatism, and you stay hungry and curious-testing ideas and driving innovation to simplify complex challenges.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architecture area.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into solution direction, drive technology roadmaps and manage cross-functional architectural topics.
• Proven record working in complex integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud native solutions, integration patterns, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
