Are you a Bazel expert looking for your next challenging consulting engagement? Join our client's Core Bazel Team to help modernize their build system serving hundreds of engineers in a large-scale monorepo.

The Opportunity

As part of our client's software patterns and build systems unit, you'll work alongside an experienced team to evolve their Bazel infrastructure and share your expertise across the organization. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on engineering productivity while leveraging the latest Bazel capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Drive our client's Bazel modernization strategy, leveraging the newest features and best practices
• Architect solutions for improved scalability and developer experience
• Mentor and knowledge-share with internal teams to build long-term capability
• Collaborate across teams to establish patterns that work at scale
• Help navigate technical challenges in a complex, mature codebase

What They're Looking For

• Deep expertise with modern Bazel versions and latest features
• Experience working with large-scale monorepos and complex build systems
• Strong collaboration and knowledge transfer skills
• Passion for building system architecture and developer tooling

Engagement Details

• Integration with our client's existing Core Bazel Team
• Preference for Gothenburg-based or hybrid work, but remote considered
