The Application Specialist in Service Performance is responsible for the 2 nd line support function of the following systems, applications and products :

Consumer Applications
- Customer Mobile App (iOS & Android)
- Customer Web Portal

Installation & Maintena nce tools
- Installation & Maintenance Applications
- Internal Support Tools

Th e Verisur e produc t family and h o w t h e whole alarm syste m o p e r a t e s a n d i n t e r a c t s e . g . b e t w e e n the C entral Unit and all per ipherals (Magnet Contacts, PIR/Cameras, Smoke Detectors etc.) .

Applications and products may change over time as we continuously develop our products an d services.
  • First point of contact for support and escalations from 1st line support functions / Super Users in Country Operations
  • Responsible for efficient collaboration , interaction , troubleshooting and resolution during incident management between effected countries , 1 st line support and 3 rd line support functions in Technology and/or with e xternal vendor / s
  • The 2 nd line support function includes responsibility to manage support issues and incident s reported (escalated) from the 1 st line support of the applications in scope .
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of U ser documentation to 1 st line Support / Super Users
  • Responsible for User training to 1st line / T rain - the - trainer
  • Responsible for p ost . production release verification during/after Application R eleases and Data Center Site Switches
  • Actively participate and assist RnD / Product Development / Product QA through the development phases until the In Life Operations -phase of new products .
  • Contribute continuously with the target to improve our processes & ways of working within the team and with our stakeholders
