Your day to day

Based at our Campbellfield branch, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to getting the job done right the first time. You will be the person who brings out the best in others and sets the tone for quality, safety, and team pride.
  • Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment
  • Lead, coach, motivate and develop a team of skilled technicians
  • Drive workshop efficiency and monitor Technician productivity to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Ensure your team have appropriate skills, tools and resources to deliver excellence


About you

  • You will hold a Certificate III Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technology
  • You lead by example - enjoy mentoring, coaching and training
  • Proven experience working as a HV Technician
  • A team-focused attitude and pride in your work
  • You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right
  • You will thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team - happy customer's means happy you!
