About the Role

We are looking for a driven and people-focused Technical recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top technical talents. You will play a key role in shaping our technical teams by finding the right people for the right roles-faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring

Promote employer branding and ensure a great candidate experience

Maintain recruitment data and reports

Requirements

Experience in technology landscape

Strong sourcing and communication skills

Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit

Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset

Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
