We are seeking a Vice President - Sales to drive commercial growth across Europe and Middle East & Africa (MEA)for advanced AI-driven telecom sales and distribution platforms and telecom fintech solutions used by mobile network operators.The role focuses on selling digital sales & distribution platforms, mobile financial services ecosystems, and AI-based telecom revenue optimization solutions to Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operators.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales strategy and revenue growth across Europe and MEA
Drive adoption of AI-driven telecom sales and distribution platforms
Develop go-to-market strategies for telecom operator platforms including:
Geo-Business Visibility Optimization platforms
Sales Optimization platforms for telecom distribution networks
Market Intelligence and analytics platforms for telecom operators
Dealer Support and Dealer Management systems
Distributor Footprint Optimization platforms
Dealer Engagement and Loyalty platforms
Commission and incentive management platforms
Inventory and supply chain optimization platforms
Mobile Financial Services (MFS) platforms including mobile wallets and payments
Build executive relationships with CXO-level leadership at mobile network operators
Lead complex telecom enterprise software sales cycles
Manage strategic telecom operator accounts across Europe, Middle East and Africa
Drive large digital transformation initiatives for telecom operator sales and distribution ecosystems
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
Applicants must meet all requirements below:
Minimum 20+ years of experience in the telecom industry
Minimum 15+ years of enterprise sales experience selling telecom platforms or telecom fintech solutions
Proven experience selling AI-driven telecom sales and distribution platforms
Demonstrated experience with telecom operator systems including:
Telecom sales and distribution management platforms
Dealer and distributor management systems
Commission and incentive management platforms
Inventory optimization platforms for telecom distribution
Market intelligence platforms for telecom operators
Geo-business visibility or territory optimization systems
Mobile Financial Services (MFS) platforms
Proven track record closing multi-million USD telecom platform deals
Experience selling solutions to mobile network operators across Europe, Middle East and Africa
Strong CXO-level relationships with telecom operators in MEA
Experience managing large international telecom operator accounts
Strong understanding of telecom sales and distribution ecosystems
Must currently hold a valid UAE Golden Visa
