The role

The Atlas Copco Group Tax team is a 35-40 people strong international team located in Sweden and several other countries. You, as a Tax Specialist, will be part of the Group Tax team in Sweden that has the overall responsibility for tax matters of the Atlas Copco Group.

With subsidiaries in more than 75 countries, the position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a broad variety of interesting and challenging tax issues in a successful global industrial company.

The role of the Tax Specialist is to support the Group Tax team, mainly on topics related to tax data gathering, analysis and automation. As such the role includes being part of a digital transformation within the group tax team. The role is 50% and based in Sweden. The main tasks for the position are:

• Tax data gathering and automation within the area of direct tax and transfer pricing

• Assist with data gathering and analysis related to e.g. withholding taxes and tax incentive

• Support with tax analyses and ETR forecasts within the area of direct tax;

• Building of output report and analysis models

• Assist in VAT compliance systems analysis

• Assist in implementation of Global consolidation system

• Expand knowledge of what internal data sources such as Polaris and Coda could bring for tax data analysis purposes

• Additional ad hoc duties to meet the Group´s needs.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a person with a degree in Business & Economics or Law and with a minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate tax matters. You have great data analysis skills and strong skills in automation solutions. Personality qualities are:

Education

You hold an academic degree in Law or Business & Economics.
