We are looking for a UX Leadfor our client, who will be an important part of the company's future success. You are expected to lead and manage the user experience design process in this role.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, such as product owners and business leaders, to define the overall UX strategy and goals for our digital product. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the user experience design aligns with business goals and technical constraints.
From time to time, you will also conduct user research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather insights about user needs, behaviors, and preferences
To articulate design decisions and advocate for the user's perspective, effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
RequiredWe would love to see that you have at least 5 years of expertise in user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and project management. Preferably, you also have experience from the logistics industry and are familiar with the challenges a transport buyer faces.
In addition, you enjoy working in small dynamic teams where you innovate and drive digital acceleration. We expect you to be curious by nature and question the ordinary. You are a team player with great communication skills, action oriented with delivery focus, and you have a can-do attitude.
