Role: UI/UX Designer

Specific Requirements for this Engagement

• Visualization of Complex Systems
  Exceptional ability to represent complex systems, algorithms, and data flows through clear visual models, diagrams, and structured design artifacts.
• Organizational Awareness & Strategic Alignment
  Strong understanding of organizational strategy and ability to operate effectively within complex organizational structures, influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Low-UI / System-Driven Products
  Proven experience working on products driven by backend logic, algorithms, and data rules where UI is minimal or indirect.
• Systems Thinking & Architecture Visualization
  Ability to design and document end-to-end system interactions, including workflows, service blueprints, and architecture-level diagrams.
• Data-Driven Design Expertise
  Experience translating complex datasets and logic into meaningful, actionable design outputs.
• Stakeholder Communication & Storytelling
  Strong communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex and system-oriented design projects
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
