Are you our new Territory Account Manager for Clinical Diagnostics? This is your chance to impact across Central & Southern Sweden and selected regions of EuropeType of postion: Full-time, permanent position
Location: Based in Sweden (Mid and Southern Sweden preferred)
Scope: Sweden and Finland working closely with major university hospitals, laboratories and selected region in Europe together with distributors and strategic partners
Gentian Diagnosticsis strengthening its European commercial organisation and is now looking for a proactive, hands-on Account Manager to grow and support our clinical diagnostics portfolio across Sweden, Finland and selected region Europe. This role is primarily focused on Central Sweden and the Southern region and whole Finland, working closely with major university hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and strategic partners there available. In this role, you will take full ownership of key customer relationships and drive the growth of Gentian Diagnostics ABs clinical diagnostics portfolio across Europe, with main focus on Sweden / Finland, and a selected region in Europe.
You will work closely with leading laboratories, university hospitals, and distributors, acting as a trusted partner in both commercial and application-related matters. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy, real influence, and direct impact on how Gentian grows in the Nordic market.
The position is part of a small, agile Nordic team, where initiative, pragmatism, and collaboration matter more than hierarchy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and grow accounts with laboratory and clinical stakeholders
- Support tenders, pricing discussions, and distributor activities
- Provide first-line application and product support to customers
- Identify opportunities and translate customer needs into action
- Represent Gentian at meetings, congresses, and scientific events
- Help strengthen Gentian's European footprint through ideas, feedback and continuous improvement
Who we believe will thrive in this role:
- Experience from clinical diagnostics, IVD, or laboratory environments
- Comfortable navigating lab workflows and procurement processes
- Self-driven, pragmatic, and confident taking ownership
- Swedish and English and preferably an European language skills (or a proven track record of successfully working within the Swedish healthcare/laboratory ecosystem without Swedish) and residence in Sweden
- Enjoys working independently while being part of a close-knit commercial team
