Your Mission
- Serve as the central interface between Service Operations and our customers: manage the hotline, handle the mailbox, and receive, qualify, and process requests from customers, administration, sales, and engineers across the Nordic/Baltic region.
- Coordinate service activities in our ERP system by creating notifications, dispatching work orders and processing spare-parts orders, including returns after service visits.
- Monitor customer cases and follow up with service engineers; ensure calibration compliance and manage toolset distribution and tool control for internal and external service visits.
- Plan and schedule field activities together with the support team, ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance and installation work at customer sites. Track Field Service Engineer progress to secure high-quality execution.
- Manage workwear accounts for the service team and ensure hotline coverage during absences in coordination with the Service Manager.
- Drive service excellence by contributing to strong KPI performance and fostering trusted, proactive collaboration with customers and colleagues.
Your Talents
- A completed technical training with a strong understanding of technical customer support as well as proven experience in the additive manufacturing industry.
- You maintain a target- and quality-oriented attitude with the ability to prioritize workload and to complete assignments accurately.
- Very good written and spoken English. Proficiency in one or more Nordic & Baltic languages is a significant advantage.
- Very good computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
- You are a Team player with good communication skills and networking ability.
- Motivated to take over new tasks, adapt quickly and work independently.
