Your Mission

  • You serve as the primary contact person (m/f/d) for technical support across the Nordic & Baltic region and take ownership of all customer inquiries.
  • You analyse, prioritise, and resolve incoming requests and customer needs, using a variety of remote and diagnostic tools (e.g., HoloLens) to develop effective technical solutions.
  • You act as our specialist (m/f/d) for online troubleshooting and data analysis, and you facilitate communication between customers and internal departments whenever needed.
  • You actively drive knowledge management by conducting debriefings and lessons-learned sessions. You share insights, coach colleagues, and continuously enrich our knowledge database.
  • You maintain full transparency over ongoing and past technical cases in your region and support the team managers in reviewing and following up on service cases.


Your Talents

  • A completed technical training with a strong understanding of technical customer support as well as proven experience in the additive manufacturing industry.
  • You maintain a target- and quality-oriented attitude with the ability to prioritize workload and to complete assignments accurately.
  • Very good written and spoken English. Proficiency in one or more Nordic & Baltic languages is a significant advantage.
  • Very good computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
  • You are a Team player with good communication skills and networking ability.
  • Motivated to take over new tasks, adapt quickly and work independently.
