Make Your Mark in a World-Class Biologics Facility- AstraZeneca's state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing plant in Södertälje is searching for aTech & Design Transfer Project Managerto join our Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) team. What you'll do
In this role, you'll provide project management leadership during the technology transfer of manufacturing processes at SBC, including clinical and commercial products. Your tasks will involve providing inclusive leadership, overseeing the execution of technology transfer activities, developing integrated project plans, communicating timelines, collaborating withR&D and other global functions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for the tech transfer process.

Essential for the role

• MSc (or equivalent) in Engineering or life sciences
• +5 years industrial experience, relevant direct experience from drug product development, GMP manufacturing, or process engineering
• Experience project management, ability to motivate, communicate and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written Swedish and English

Desirable for the role

• Experience in Biologics drug product manufacturing or technical support
• Experience of tech transfer of manufacturing processes
• Experience of LEAN, working with continuous improvements and risk assessments
