About the role

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This means you will actively source, assess, and hire candidates across all parts of the organization - from engineering and operations to production and corporate roles.

You will work close to the business, mainly on-site in Rotebro, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and create the recruitment strategies required to deliver. The key to success in this role is your ability to take ownership, work proactively, and continuously improve how we attract talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute full-cycle recruitment for all functions and levels.
• Take full ownership of active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, create role profiles, and plan recruitment strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and increase diversity.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Lead and contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Candela's position in the market.
• Support people operations with relevant administrative tasks and improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hands-on, end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and talent attraction.
• Experience working with HR/TA systems and people administration tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple recruitments in parallel.
• Ability to identify process gaps and suggesting improvements using data
