Location: Stockholm or Ljungby

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Talent Management & Talent Acquisition, under HR, plays an important role to drive the Electrolux Professional ambition to be becoming a high performing learning organization with the right people in the right job. To support this ambition, we design and manage processes & programs that ensure we attract, recruit, develop & retain best in class talents.

As part of Talent Management, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage & execute recruitment & employer branding strategies for all our companies located in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, UK and Ireland.

Recruitment
  • Own full-cycle recruitment as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define roles and sourcing strategies.
  • Activate top recruiting channels and apply advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates, ensuring accurate tracking in the ATS.
  • Provide market insights, regular updates, and support during interviews.
  • Ensure compliance and champion diversity in hiring practices.
  • Train managers and optimize talent pipelines aligned with business needs.

Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Partner with HR to deliver consistent, high-quality onboarding.
  • Support learning initiatives with local specialists.

Succession & Talent Development
  • Build succession plans and promote internal mobility.
  • Lead talent development and process improvements.

Employer Branding
  • Drive regional branding strategy and digital content creation.
  • Manage brand presence and lead visibility projects.


Qualifications

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Behavioral Science or similar
  • Solid experience in managing end to end process
  • Regional recruitment experience across various functions and levels
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • High proficiency in Office 365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
  • Swedish, fluent English. Any other language will be considered advantageous
