We are now looking for a committed and driven Support Agent located in Bromma Stockholm,
As a Support Agent, you will play a central role in delivering high quality technical support across our entire support stack. Your primary responsibility is to provide prompt and efficient support for IT-related issues and requests, ensuring minimal disruption to users' daily work.
Your primary responsibilities will consist of
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling support inquiries via phone, email, and the service desk platform.
• Take full ownership of support cases from initial analysis to final resolution, including troubleshooting and clear documentation.
• Manage a broad range of technical issues involving hardware, software, networks, user accounts, and mobile devices.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and collaborate closely with internal 2nd and 3rd line specialists when deeper expertise is required.
• Ensure consistent, proactive communication with customers and close cases only once a sustainable and verified solution has been delivered.
• Administer user accounts and access rights, including onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of documentation, processes, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide guidance, training, and best practice support to users to help increase their digital confidence and efficiency.
• Actively participate in enhancing our support processes, ways of working, and the overall customer experience.
Your profileTo succeed in this role, you combine strong influencing skills with the ability to build alignment across stakeholders. You're a skilled negotiator who can reach win-win outcomes while protecting the business's interests. You communicate clearly and professionally-whether in writing or in conversation-and you present with confidence, tailoring your message to different audiences and making complex topics easy to understand.
Education and experience
• Experience working in a technical support environment handling cases across multiple support tiers.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and commonly used productivity applications.
• Solid knowledge of hardware, networking fundamentals, and general troubleshooting methods.
• Knowledge with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
• Strong ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work effectively in time-sensitive situations.
• Service-minded with an analytical, solution-oriented approach.
