Assignment Description

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager within Electronics

What You Will Work On

Ensure quality of purchased components, materials, and subsystems

Define and secure quality requirements in RFQs, agreements, and purchase orders

Participate in purchasing preparation and supplier selection activities

Conduct supplier audits and product evaluations onsite

Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when targets are not met

Lead supplier improvement initiatives and development programs

Handle non-conformance cases and manage supplier complaints

Review and evaluate supplier responses to quality issues

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with quality standards

What You Bring

University degree or Master of Science in Engineering, preferably within Electronics, or equivalent experience

Strong experience in supplier quality or quality engineering

Knowledge of quality tools such as root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D, and risk analysis

Experience working with supplier audits and quality assurance processes

Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers

Fluent in Swedish and English

Swedish citizenship (mandatory due to security requirements)
