How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you'll take on a broad role supporting our Sales team. You will

• Handle central promotions and collaborate closely with our key account team and customers
• Support ongoing sales projects and initiatives
• Receive structured onboarding and on-the-job training
• Gain hands-on learning and continuous personal development
• Participate in various sales disciplines, contributing directly to Arla's success

In terms of experience, you probably have the following

• Currently following Bachelor's or Master's studies in Economics, Sales, Innovation, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least two semesters remaining
• A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks
• Proactive, self-motivated, and confident with a genuine drive to succeed
• Analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Project management abilities and structured work style
• Team player with strong relationship management skills
• Proficient in IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and open to learning new systems
• Excellent command of English and Swedish

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027
