We're offering an exciting position in the HR Supply Chain team, where you'll support the HR Director for Supply Chain. You can look forward to diverse and impactful tasks-directly relevant to your studies-while collaborating closely with experienced HR professionals and making a tangible difference in our supply chain operations.

How you will make an impact

• As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you'll take on a broad role, be coached by the HR Business Partner, and collaborate closely with the Arla HR team, Supply chain People Managers, and their teams. Your exact tasks will depend on the business priorities, the Arla People Calendar activities and your interests and development goals.
• Contribute to projects and lead smaller initiatives to support our efforts in streamlining HR processes for our managers and leaders.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain HR Director and be an active member and support to the Supply Chain HR team.
• You are a "do-er and strong collaborator who like to improve ways of working and also to drive improvements based on data.

In terms of experience, you probably have the following

• Currently following Bachelor's or Master's studies in HR, Business, Economics, or similar.
• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least 1 year remaining.
• A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English is a requirement
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and is skilled at identifying effective solutions, whether through digital tools or process improvements. You should be comfortable working with new stakeholders and demonstrate a structured approach to your work.

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
