Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Requirements Engineer / System Engineer to join their team. This role suits a hands-on professional who is comfortable working with complex requirements, organizing structured information, and collaborating closely with both development and verification teams.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in defining, refining, and validating software requirements while contributing to early-stage verification and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define, document, and continuously update both software-level and system-level requirements.

Establish and manage a well-structured requirements framework using tools such as SE-Tool/System Weaver or equivalent platforms.

Design, review, and maintain unit test cases to ensure alignment with defined requirements.

Work collaboratively with developers, system engineers, and validation teams to ensure consistency across development stages.

Support and enhance verification processes by contributing to workflow improvements and best practices.

Participate in initiatives related to automation, including development of pipelines for software generation and early validation (where applicable).

Required Experience

Several years of professional experience in systems engineering and/or software development.

Proven ability or strong interest in creating clear, structured, and high-quality requirements documentation.

Demonstrated capability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and take ownership of deliverables.

Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and results.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills

Experience with System Weaver, SE-Tool, or similar requirements management tools

Knowledge of scripting, programming, or automated pipeline development

Exposure to low-level testing or verification techniques

Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
