• Experience 3-6 years experience of ServiceNow solution implementation.
• Must have at least 3-4 Project on ITSM Service Implementations experience.
• Experience on ServiceNow ITOM Implementation at least one Discovery, Event and Service Mapping project implementation.
• Must have hands on experience on implementing ServiceNow Integration using the OOD Service Integration capability.
• Experience leading implementations with the ServiceNow platform
• Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile
• Active working knowledge of Web Services
• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, and SSL components
• Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent testing and debugging skills Strong history of problem solving
• Working knowledge of common ServiceNow applications and ecosystem
• Working knowledge of Web Services and other integrations
