We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking SEO & AI Content Platform Manager to own and scale our organic growth across seven markets. This is not a traditional SEO role - you'll define how we win in both search and AI-powered answer engines, while serving as the product owner of our AI-driven content platform. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, automation, and global content operations, you'll play a critical role in how Aceve grows its inbound presence and integrates new acquisitions at scale.

What will you do:

You'll lead our organic growth strategy end-to-end, combining deep SEO expertise with a builder's mindset for AI and automation. Your work will span markets, teams, and technologies - here's what that looks like in practice:
  • Own and lead the global SEO and GEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical pillars for seven markets and languages, defining and executing roadmaps that drive organic visibility and inbound lead volume
  • Define and execute an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategy to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences, including generative results and agentic interfaces such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
  • Stay hands-on with technical site health - audits, performance monitoring, and structured data - working with web development and external partners to implement improvements
  • Lead the SEO and content integration of newly acquired companies into the Aceve web presence, designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline domain migrations, content consolidation, and structural alignment at scale
  • Own our agentic content platform as a product: define the roadmap, requirements, and success metrics, while training and continuously improving the platform to scale content production, optimization, and experimentation
  • Establish governance standards and quality frameworks for AI-generated content across markets, and partner with content and product marketing to deeply integrate AI and automation into the full content lifecycle - from brief to publish
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and local teams to scale high-impact, intent-aligned content, and support local teams with keyword research, topic planning, and market-specific optimization strategies

We believe you have:
  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, ideally in a B2B SaaS and/or multi-market environment
  • A proven track record of driving organic traffic and inbound lead growth through both technical SEO and content strategy
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows - you've built or operated AI-assisted content systems
  • Practical understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and how to optimize for visibility and sentiment in AI-generated responses
  • Experience with multilingual SEO setups, including hreflang configuration, CMS workflows, and consistent metadata management
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with content, development, and regional teams

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience designing or owning automation workflows, or familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Payload
  • Prior experience with M&A web integration, domain migration projects, or understanding of how SEO integrates with SEM, CRO, and demand generation strategy
