We are now looking for a commercially sharp and people driven leader to take full ownership of our Integrations Business Unit and join Tobii's Executive Management Team.
The Opportunity
As SVP Integrations, you hold full P&L and financial accountability and own the strategy, performance and long-term value creation of the Integrations Business Unit. This is a true general management mandate with global scope, enterprise impact and significant strategic influence.
You set direction, allocate capital and ensure execution through clear governance and decisive leadership. You translate ambition into clear and measurable outcomes, make decisions that contribute to Tobii's overall success rather than only your own Business Unit, and oversee risk management to ensure compliant and sustainable operations in a highly technical environment.
You will be working with customers and partners that are leaders in the global tech world.
Your mission
- Define and execute a focused strategy to drive profitable growth and long-term competitiveness
- Allocate capital and prioritize portfolio and R&D investments toward the highest value opportunities
- Establish strong operating discipline through structured governance and reliable delivery
- Lead and develop a high performing global organization across Sales, Business Development
- Product Management and Technical Sales
- Own key customer and strategic partner relationships to ensure market relevance and growth
- Manage commercial, operational and regulatory risks in a dynamic and complex technical environment
- Contribute to overall company strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team and represent the Business Unit internally and externally
We hope you have
- Proven general management experience with P&L and / or sales quota ownership and financial accountability
- Strong track record of leading dynamic technical businesses while managing risk and regulatory exposure
- Strong sales drive and solid commercial judgement grounded in data and financial discipline
- Experience leading global, cross functional teams with clear accountability and performance focus
- Demonstrated ability to drive structured governance and translate strategy into measurable outcomes
- Ability to balance short term performance with long term competitiveness
- High integrity, clarity in decision making and strong personal credibility
