Senior Sales Specialist

Do you want to create value while advancing your expertisein strategic and tactical sales? Ework Group is looking for an ambitious SeniorSales Specialist to join our team in Stockholm.
In this role, you will focus primarily on the privatemarket, while some public-sector clients may also be included. You will drivenew business, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and help ourclients transform their business through Ework's value-adding solutions.

Your responsibilities:

- Drive new business and expand Ework's presence primarily within the private market (with some public clients included)
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
- Lead strategic and tactical sales activities aligned with market and group strategy
- Create and maintain strategic and tactical client plans, including goals, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage negotiations, renewals, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to secure delivery and overall client success
- Represent Ework in meetings, events, and business development activities
- Identify and drive up-sell, cross-sell, and transformation opportunities

Your profile

- A strong passion for New Business and strategic sales
- Proven experience in business transformation and advisory sales
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand and address client needs
- Successful track record in generating new business within targeted segments
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
- High drive, initiative, and the ability to maintain momentum in the sales process
- Experience in setting and achieving both short- and long-term sales goals
- Knowledge of Value-Based Selling and experience developing compelling commercial proposals
- Leadership in developing and expanding client relationships
