Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Requirements Lead to support a big data initiative,

What You Will Work On

Establish and structure requirements management processes

Drive and define non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability)

Translate ISO standards into practical working methods

Facilitate workshops and alignment forums across stakeholders

Define governance, roles, and responsibilities for requirements handling

Act as a methodological advisor within the organization

Ensure adoption and adherence to defined processes

Bridge business, architecture, and IT perspectives

What You Bring

Senior-level experience in requirements analysis and requirements management

Strong expertise in non-functional requirements (NFRs)

Experience defining and implementing requirements processes and governance

Ability to translate theoretical frameworks into practical ways of working

Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment

Strong communication skills bridging business and IT

Experience working with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27000 series)
