About the Assignment

You will help shape secure and scalable collaboration and identity services in a global automotive environment where reliability, automation, and user experience matter every day. The assignment sits in an agile Collaboration Services team that owns the full lifecycle of its platform, from new development and continuous improvement to operations and user support.

You will work with M365, Active Directory, and Entra ID in a hybrid enterprise setup, with a strong focus on simplifying recurring work through automation and building self-service capabilities that make everyday work smoother for users. The role combines platform engineering, integration, and modern development practices, giving you the chance to influence how identity and collaboration services evolve in a complex international landscape. Job DescriptionYou will engineer, configure, and improve M365, Entra ID, and Active Directory services to create secure, reliable, and scalable platform capabilities.

You will design and build event-based integrations between enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, AD, and Entra ID.

You will automate workflows and recurring tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

You will develop solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams and SharePoint, with a strong focus on productivity, governance, and security.

You will support and manage hybrid identity configurations between Active Directory and Entra ID to ensure a seamless enterprise user experience.

You will apply Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and GitHub Actions to create repeatable, version-controlled, and streamlined deployments.

You will contribute to continuous delivery and ongoing improvement of collaboration and IAM platforms in a DevOps setup.

RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with M365 technologies and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.

Solid expertise in Entra ID and Active Directory, including Conditional Access, Group Policies, and MFA configuration.

Experience building event-based integrations between enterprise platforms and identity services.

Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or equivalent scripting tools used for automation and platform development.

Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless workflows and event-driven solutions.

Good knowledge of modern development practices such as Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, GitHub Actions, and DevOps principles.

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in identity and collaboration environments.

Nice to haveExperience with Power Platform and Purview.

Familiarity with Graph API and PnP for advanced Microsoft integrations.

Experience integrating ServiceNow and SuccessFactors in enterprise identity flows.

Understanding of event-driven architectures such as PubSub and streaming.
