Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Jira & Confluence Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for Jira and Confluence.

Ensure the platforms support business goals and follow established principles, standards and governance models.

Capture, analyze and translate organizational needs into concrete solutions and development initiatives.

Lead prioritization of enhancements, plugins, integrations and platform improvements.

Conduct inventories of current processes and working methods and propose improvements.

Manage operational administration, configuration, optimization and user support.

Coordinate with IT operations and external vendors regarding maintenance, upgrades and incident handling.

Lead development work and ensure structures, templates and best practices are implemented and followed.

Act as the central point of contact between business teams, IT and third parties.

Hold workshops, training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to strengthen adoption and platform maturity.

Monitor budgets and prepare decision documentation for investments, licenses and integrations.

Identify and implement efficiency improvements across processes and usage patterns.

Evaluate when plugins or functionalities should be modernized, replaced or discontinued.

Plan and execute migrations, consolidations and lifecycle management for the platforms and associated workflows.

What you bring:

Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence and the Atlassian ecosystem.

Strong understanding of governance models, configuration management and platform lifecycle management.

Proven experience translating business needs into platform solutions and improvements.

Ability to lead development activities and drive cross-organizational initiatives.

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability across business and IT.

Experience coordinating with vendors, IT operations and external partners.

Structured, analytical and proactive mindset with focus on long-term sustainability and value creation.

Experience planning and executing migrations, consolidations and system modernization initiatives

Fluency in both Swedish and English
