This is a unique opportunity to take on a newly created role within our Catalyst project, where you will help shape and build a best-in-class finance function from the ground up. As Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving long-term strategy, influencing key decisions, and creating real business impact in a dynamic and international environment.How you will make an impact
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving Arla's 10-year strategic plan through both the planning and execution phases. You will be responsible for end-to-end performance management across the organization, ensuring that financial insights inform strategic decisions and support value creation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, own and continuously evolve end-to-end performance management capabilities to enable long-term value creation, strong decision quality and sustainable business results. This includes setting clear frameworks, building people capability, and ensuring transparency, accountability and effective governance across the organization.
- Drive financial planning and execution of the company's long-term (10-year) strategic plan, coordinating closely with relevant business functions.
- Analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights using advanced data science and analytical methods.
- Ensure strong integration between SCM, NRM, and core financial processes, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end value chain.
- Clearly and effectively communicate complex analyses and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
- Lead strategic initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and an outside-in perspective.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and maintain high standards in financial tracking and reporting.

You bring solid business acumen and excel at navigating complex challenges with confidence and structure. At the same time, you are a collaborative team player who can drive change and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
You have
- A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Proven experience in commercial and strategic financial planning, performance management, net revenue management, and end-to-end processes.
- Strong analytical and data science skills, including experience with relevant BI tools.
- A deep understanding of commercial levers, SCM, NRM, and business value chains.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to bring an outside-in perspective to strategic decision-making.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
