Om jobbet

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Our values - customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste - are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

Role Summary

The Change & Adoption Manager is the organizational readiness and behavioral transformation lead for Scania's global finance and procurement processes. This role ensures that the globally standardized processes designed by the F&P Process Owners are successfully understood, adopted, and embedded across commercial markets. They translate complex process and system changes into clear, actionable adoption journeys, ensuring that new global ways of working become sustainable "business as usual." The position plays a central role in governance communication, capability building, stakeholder alignment, and resistance management and requires a combination of structured change management knowledge, exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a strong understanding of finance and procurement processes in a multinational setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the global change, communication, and adoption strategy
  • Training, Capability Building & Knowledge Transfer
  • Support local capability optimization through coaching, targeted skill sessions, and role-based learning
  • Adoption KPIs, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Work with regional/local CFOs, Controllers, finance managers, process Champions and other stakeholders to resolve readiness gaps

Who You Are

We're looking for a hands-on Change & Adoption Manager to help drive adoption in a global finance/procurement transformation. You know how to run change in a structured way, but you keep it practical-turning complex process and system changes into clear, role-based guidance, communications, and training that people can follow.

This role needs someone who's comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. You're good at building a strong network across process owners, regional teams, and local markets, bringing people into alignment while handling resistance and different local priorities with confidence and respect.

A finance background is essential. You've worked hands-on in finance/accounting before, so you can support markets with practical questions (speak the same language as Finance stakeholder) and explain impacts in a way that makes sense day-to-day. You also bring strong planning and analytical skills-using readiness and adoption data, co-defining KPIs with Process Owners and Analysts, and keeping the adoption approach consistent, repeatable, and well-documented.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds - your unique experience and perspectives are valuable to us.
