About the Assignment
You will join a team building and evolving a safety-critical embedded platform within the automotive domain. The environment spans platform development and integration, with strong focus on robust automation, fast feedback loops and reliable software deployment for high-integrity components.
Job DescriptionBuild and improve a CI/CD chain in an automotive embedded software environment.
Collect feedback from developers and stakeholders and turn it into a clear vision for future CI/CD ways of working.
Drive implementation by promoting the approach within the development organization and leading improvements end-to-end.
Contribute partly as a senior developer within the team.
Take ownership of the CI/CD systems and enable colleagues through guidance and knowledge sharing.
RequirementsExperience working with Bazel build systems.
Experience with CI/CD across multiple products and projects in an embedded software environment within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of the full software deployment chain, with emphasis on automated build systems.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Gerrit, WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux), Docker, Artifactory and Linux.
Programming skills in Groovy and Python.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Nice to haveExperience working with Zuul.
Experience from environments using Autosar Classic.
Background in safety-critical functions, including hands-on experience.
