Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support and enhance the software factory environment within GTT, ensuring stable and efficient infrastructure for product development teams.

Manage and develop IT solutions that enable digital workflows across truck divisions and business areas.

Work with modern technologies, contributing to continuous improvements and exploring new tools that enhance delivery capabilities.

Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters and other virtualization environments.

Develop, optimize and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Manage Linux-based systems and ensure reliability, performance and security.

Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

Support monitoring and logging environments based on tools like Grafana and Prometheus.

Work with both internal and external cloud platforms, ensuring efficient operations and continuity.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support ongoing development activities.

What you bring:

Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and virtualization environments.

Strong background in CI/CD tooling, including ArgoCD, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Proficiency in Linux system administration.

Good understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code practices and tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Experience working with internal and external cloud environments.

ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred.

Bonus: experience managing and maintaining server environments.

Curiosity, adaptability and a strong interest in learning new technologies and methods.
