Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead analysis and resolution of data-related pain points in close collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams

Facilitate and drive workshops with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and align on data needs

Analyze business requirements, identify root causes of data issues, and define data solutions that deliver clear business value

Define and document action plans, user stories, and follow up on delivery progress with involved product teams

Define the business scope and minimum viable product for Data Quality dashboards to enable measurement and follow-up of data quality

Document data quality requirements, test plans, and test scenarios, acting as a facilitator between business stakeholders and data teams

Describe and document data lifecycles, data flows, business processes, and end-to-end data value chains

Compile, document, and present analysis outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders using clear and structured communication

Build deep expertise in one or more data domains to support decision-making and provide functional guidance to colleagues and stakeholders

What you bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a proven delivery track record

Hands-on experience in Data Governance and Data Management, including analysis, implementation, and documentation

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT organizations

Excellent analytical, structuring, and organizational skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

Ability to clearly present business and technical topics through storytelling, structured arguments, and professional documentation

Experience working in agile environments such as DevOps or similar delivery models

Solid understanding of both business processes and IT systems

Experience or insights within the automotive industry is considered an advantage

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling participation in international projects

University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
