About us

Working in the KPMG Cyber Security team, you will be part of a global organization working within various industries and areas together with competent and inspiring colleagues. As a member of the Cyber Security team, you will support our clients in their transformation journeys by identifying and remediating their cyber related challenges. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with executive management, and we always seek digital, innovative, and sustainable solutions to our clients' challenges.

You will be part of our Cyber Security team which consists of a tight knit group of specialists collaborating and sharing experiences daily. At KPMG, you will have a senior role in our local team but also be a part of the global team of experts who provides advisory services within Cyber security, Strategy and Governance, ISMS design and implementation, IAM, Forensic investigations, Operational Resilience, IT-due diligence and more.

We will support your journey in a fast-paced environment filled with brilliant colleagues. KPMG is consistently recognized as a leader within the cyber security field by external firms, this is something we are very proud of and keen to maintain. The Cyber team of approximately 50 colleagues is part of KPMGs Advisory practice, a social and familiar group of about 130 colleagues with broad competence and expertise within advisory services across multiple sectors.

Your role

• Develop strong business relationships and demonstrate operational leadership to deliver client-centric solutions with high quality.
• Continuously contribute to developing the team's awareness regarding cyber insights, market trends, innovative products and services.
• Be a mentor and coach for the junior team members to support their development journey through constructive feedback and training.
• Effectively manage the commercial and contractual aspects of an engagement to achieve expected levels of client satisfaction and quality.
• Identify new opportunities and support in the continuous development of our service portfolio.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking fora passionate, forward-thinking and business minded security professional with at least 8 years of experience within Cyber Security. You should be based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. Key competence areas could include but not be limited to areas below

• Cyber Security Strategy, Risk and Governance
• Information Security Management System design and implementation
• Identity and Access Management as well as Privileged Access Management
• Cloud Security
• Data Privacy
• Operational Resilience
• IT-due diligence

We will highly appreciate if you:

• Are a team player with a genuine interest in helping colleagues and customers alike to grow and develop.
• Have a proven track records of sales and leading pursuit teams.
• Have a proven track record of being a successful leader.
• Have previous consulting experience.
• Are a high performer with strong drive and high ambition.
• Are fluent in Swedish & English.
• Hold relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CEH, OSCP, CCSP, ISO 27001 etc.
• Are used to working in an international context with cross border engagements.
