Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Configuration Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as Configuration Manager within hardware configuration management (HW CM) for hardware products and hardware-near software

Manage product structures, product handling, documentation, and releases throughout the product lifecycle

Work with PLM/PDM systems supporting telecom and hardware products

Drive and implement continuous improvements in configuration and lifecycle management processes

Ensure compliance with established processes, policies, and guidelines across development teams

Coach and guide developers and stakeholders in configuration management best practices

Collaborate across organizational boundaries with engineering, product management, and other functions

Contribute proactively beyond formal responsibilities to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery

Support mostly on-site work to ensure close collaboration with teams

What you bring:

Very strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Proven experience as a Configuration Manager within HW CM, including product structuring and handling

Experience working with telecom products, document management, and release management

Hands-on experience with PLM/PDM systems

Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across organizations

Coaching mindset with strong people skills and ability to guide teams in structured ways of working

High personal drive with a proactive, can-do attitude

Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments and contribute innovatively

Strong focus on efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and structure

Well-organized, methodical, and detail-oriented working style
