Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design and implement a change management strategy to support the introduction of new digital tools within an energy-sector organization

Develop a comprehensive change management plan covering stakeholder analysis, communication, training, implementation, and follow-up

Address varying levels of digital maturity across office-based and field-based employees

Work closely with internal teams responsible for technical implementation to ensure alignment and effective execution

Drive user acceptance, adoption, and long-term impact of digital solutions

Facilitate communication, workshops, and engagement activities to support the change journey

Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting change initiatives to ensure sustainable results

What you bring:

Documented experience in change management related to digital transformation initiatives

Experience working within industrial, energy, or utility environments, preferably within hydropower or energy operations

Proven ability to drive digital adoption in organizations with both office-based and field-based staff

Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation

Ability to work strategically while translating plans into practical, actionable initiatives

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively in complex organizational environments

Fluent in English and Swedish
