What Alva Labs is looking for

• Strong technical background in data architecture, ETL processes, and data modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python
• Experience implementing data governance practices and monitoring data quality
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset - you enjoy working cross-functionally with product, design, engineers, and researchers

• A track record of leading data-driven projects and initiatives
• Experience developing and executing data strategies aligned with business objectives

What you'll do
