Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as Administration Manager for one or more management objects, ensuring effective governance, operation, and continuous development of applications and related technical components

Collaborate closely with business representatives to align IT solutions with business needs, strategies, and guidelines

Drive IT-related topics and improvements in dialogue with the business and other stakeholders

Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities involving architects, project and delivery managers, developers, technical specialists, and external suppliers

Plan, convene, and lead meetings, and follow up on actions and deliveries to ensure progress according to agreed plans

Manage and follow up on topics related to technology, information security, working methods, budgets, licenses, procurement, and agreements

Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems and processes, and contribute to new development initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization

What you bring:

Experience working as an IT administrative manager or in a comparable role with responsibility for application or system management

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT developers, technical specialists, and external suppliers

Experience in project management and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders

Knowledge of management models, agile ways of working, and ITIL

Strong communication skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing

Education in computer science or systems science is considered an advantage

Fluent in English and Swedish
